In early May 2026, Zhang Lei, the general manager of Ningshing Trading Group, and Tong Xiaojian, the general manager of Ningshing Shoe Industry, along with their teams, went to the DJM rubber shoe production base in Dominica for a ten-day on-site investigation and work guidance.

During the research period, Zhang Lei and his team visited the DJM production workshop, storage center and core departments, focusing on examining the execution standards and operational effectiveness of all process links from the issuance of production plans, material procurement and requisition, production manufacturing and quality control, storage and distribution to sales connection. They also proposed clear guidance on key tasks such as optimizing the management structure, improving the production process, strengthening quality control, enhancing warehouse management and promoting digital application. Currently, the overall production operation of DJM is stable and orderly. The collaborative efficiency of key links has significantly improved, the process flow has continued to refine, quality inspection and control measures have been fully implemented, the ERP system functions have been continuously optimized, and the inventory management level has significantly improved. Relying on DJM's competitive advantages in the regional market and strategic synergy with key customers in Europe and the United States, multiple international brand names have accelerated their aggregation, and the order volume has steadily increased. The existing refined management system provides a solid guarantee for delivering each order on time, with quality and quantity intact.

At the meeting for Chinese employees, General Manager Zhang Lei first conveyed the sincere condolences of Ningshing Holdings' Chairman Wu Yigang to the overseas frontline employees who have been steadfast in their positions. He highly affirmed the achievements made by DJM General Manager Fu Hong and Factory Director Yuan Dingkun in terms of increasing production and improving quality, and listened carefully to the suggestions from the employees. Zhang Lei pointed out that the core task for DJM in the second half of the year is to accelerate the achievement of the daily production target of 4,000 pairs, further shorten the delivery cycle, and simultaneously enhance output efficiency, quality level and profitability.
