Deputy General Manager of Cross-border E-commerce Operations

【 Job Content 】

1. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the overall operation strategy of the company's cross-border e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and wayfair; And be responsible for the management of the operation team.

2. Be responsible for the maintenance and management of Amazon platform accounts, product listing maintenance and optimization of listing pages, and ensure account security.

3. Manage and optimize the daily operation process to ensure efficient operation and control marketing costs;

4. Manage inventory, conduct thorough inventory analysis, and maintain a healthy turnover of inventory.

5. Develop and implement promotion plans to enhance brand awareness and market share, monitor and analyze various operational data, and submit reports on a regular basis.

6. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;

7. Develop sales plans based on the company's overall sales strategy and targets, lead the team to achieve performance goals, provide training and guidance to team members, and enhance overall business capabilities.

【 Job Requirements 】

1. Have more than 3 years of Amazon operation experience, with certain experience in Amazon platform operation, team building and management.

2. Outstanding leadership and teamwork spirit can effectively motivate the team to achieve its goals.

3. Familiar with the entire 0-1 chain process, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, and capable of identifying new growth points in a highly competitive market environment.

4. Strong operational capabilities, data analysis skills, and on-site and off-site promotion capabilities.

5. Possessing innovative thinking and marketing acumen, with quick thinking and strong logical thinking.

6. Strong pressure resistance, proactive and responsible at work, with good communication and coordination skills.
